Nine Theater Groups from different cities, such as Fieri, Tirana, Gjirokastra, Shkodra, Gjilan
and the Puglia region present their performances at this festival. 
The festival started with the play "Singer Tullace" directed by Spiro Duni, who represented
Apollo. To then leave the line to the troupe of the "Zihni Sako" Theater of Gjirokastra, with
"Farsa e Kurorës" or "Erdhi Godoja" from the troupe of the "Gjilan" Theater, "The waiting area"
from the "Migjeni" Theater in Shkodra also "La serva Padrona" which introduced the theatrical
troupe of Budva.
The organizers of the festival, director Agron Xoxe and director Milto Kutali consider this
activity that takes place outside Tirana, as a revival of local theaters, to which attention is
growing, not only by artists but also by the public. 
9 performances, of which 7 were performed at the Bylis Theater, and two of them "Zoo Story"
and "Rro për me tregue" were performed in Apollonia, in the monastery of Pojan, where it was
also planned to hold a roundtable discussion between theater professionals, such as: Fadil
Hysa, Nebi Islami, Miho Gjini, Josif Papagjoni, Aqif Mulliqi, etc.
These theatrical artistic activities were organized by project team, at the Directorate of Art and
Culture, Municipality of Fier in the framework of the project TOURNEE. 
"La serva padrova", opera by Dovanija Peizijela has closed the series of activities within the
"De Fest Festival" 2019. In a magical scheme, scenography and lighting curated to detail, on
the stage of the theater "Bylis" have performed artists from Budva, in a part that has kept many
art lovers stuck.
